At MIMI Haircare, we work hard to keep delivery simple. Our products are made in Australia, shipped from our Pennsylvania warehouse, and delivered to your door with love. 

CONTIGUOUS UNITED STATES

Orders over $55 

  • Standard shipping (5-7 days): Free
  • Express shipping (3-5 days): $9.99 

Orders under $55 

  • Standard shipping (5-7 days): $8.99
  • Express shipping (3-5 days): $18.99 


HAWAII, ALASKA, PUERTO RICO

  • Standard shipping (5-7 days): $16.50
  • Express shipping (3-5 days): $23.50  

We aim to deliver your order to the address provided at checkout within the estimated timeframes above. 

While we do our best to ensure everything arrives on time, occasional delays may occur with our delivery partners and are outside of our control.

ITEM INCORRECT OR NOT AS EXPECTED

If your item is significantly different to what was shown or described, not fit for its intended purpose, or incorrect, please email hello@mimihaircare.com with as much detail as possible so we can assist you quickly. 

If confirmed, we will:

  • Refund the full cost of the item and original shipping, or
  • Provide a replacement, depending on the situation 

If you received the wrong item, we will arrange an exchange or refund and cover all associated shipping costs. 

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS 

If an incorrect address is entered at checkout, please contact hello@mimihaircare.com as soon as possible. Please note that any additional shipping costs incurred may be passed on. 

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees will apply to resend the order.
