Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can promptly assist you.
Email hello@mimihaircare.com with the below details:
- Your name and order number
- Description of the issue; and
- Photos and/or video of the item(s) clearly showing the issue
- Batch number of the product (if applicable)
We will review your claim and work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.
Approved Claim
If your claim is approved, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund, including reimbursement of reasonable shipping costs where required.
Approved refunds and/or reimbursements will be processed to the original payment method within 5β10 business days after approval.
Change of Mind
Our products are personal care items. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Some examples of change of mind include where:
- The wrong product is ordered
- The item is no longer wanted
- The product was found cheaper elsewhere
